Marketing Associate at Equestrix
The Marketing Associate will play a critical role in the success of our marketing initiatives by supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct market research to gather insights and inform marketing strategies
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and email newslettersManage the company's social media accounts and develop content to engage with followers
- Help to organize and support events, such as trade shows and webinars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite
Salary and location
- Location: Italy, Rome / Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Salary: €20,000 per year with equity matching salary.
