HR Coordinator at DX

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in a variety of tasks, including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our employees are supported and engaged, and that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.


- Provide support to employees with HR-related questions and concerns
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminationsAssist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help to maintain employee files and HR databases
- Assist with the administration of performance management and employee recognition programs


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
